Blue Hyacinths
Late April to mid-May

The blue river of spring
At the heart of the estate lies a sight unique in Switzerland: a carpet of 180,000 bluebells stretching 400 meters beneath century-old trees. From mid-April to mid-May, the bridle path is transformed into an enchanted trail, bathed in light and fragrance.
These purple bells, also known as bluebells, create a living tableau between shadow and silence. Stroll, contemplate, breathe.
Wood anemones are not just flowers: they embody the soul of the place.
This suspended moment lasts only a few weeks, and returns every year…

A unique flowering in Switzerland
The bluebell (Hyacinthoides non-scripta) is a bulbous perennial plant belonging to the Asparagaceae family. It usually flowers between April and May, offering a striking visual and olfactory spectacle: its deep blue bells, leaning to one side of the stem, exude a sweet, sugary scent that attracts bees, butterflies, and nature lovers. It likes cool, well-drained soil rich in organic matter and grows naturally in light forests. In Switzerland, its spectacular flowering remains a rare phenomenon on this scale.
