Tasting
The clear garnet-purple robe is a beautiful example of purity, its bouquet offers aromas of peony, strawberry, raspberry, earth and spices in a fleshy and round mouth with a well-rounded finish.
Vinification
Fermentation lasts approximately three weeks. Aged on lees in oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Light filtration.
Guard
It improves with age and can be kept for 10 years or more depending on the vintage.
Food and wine pairing
Enjoy with charcuterie, roast meats, pasta, poultry, lamb, hamburgers, barbecued meats or not-too-strong cheeses.
